The room was a good size with huge king bed which was very comfortable. We had 6 pillows and they were comfortable too. Bedding is high quality . Reception staff very helpful. Supplies of coffee, toilet roll etc can be located downstairs in reception area, so no worries if you need extras. We stayed 3 nights and liked the location and the hotel. We would return to this hotel. We’ve stayed in a number of other hotels in SB and this rates highly on our list compared to other much higher priced hotels which were not as good as this one. You can use the reception area to sit and eat your take away food and have a meal/snack or use the outside seating area which is nice on the street. There is a nice park to sit in outside the hotel too. Liked having a key code operated door for our room.

Fridge in room, iron supplied Clean room and bathroom White noise machine supplied in room Heavy curtains on windows Night light in bathroom Coffee machine and extra supplies provided across from reception desk in drawers there. Seating area in reception Reception staff helpful. Good value for SB We knew before we arrived the room would not be cleaned daily , as this is made clear by the hotel in their terms and conditions on booking.com. Wasn’t a problem for us.

The hotel was charming with its art deco exterior and warm interior furnishings. It's across a park which is great and is only 5-10 min away walking distance from the beach. We love the location--- It's in a quiet street with the animated streets just around the corner. It was also walking distance to a lot of the main areas in Southbeach, even our Everglades tour pickup point was only 10-15 min away.

Great location, 2 blocks from the beach. Great value for the money. I used the internet a lot for work and it went really well. There's coffee and tea available at all times and the receptionists were always super nice.

It is exactly what we booked, a limited service hotel. You don't get the extras but it is clean, safe with doors that lock after a certain hour and comfortable beds
